You will receive a provisional reservation by email with all information about your activity.
The booking will be effective upon payment of 50% of total by bank transfer to the account indicated in the email.
Without payment, the reservation will be canceled 2 days before the scheduled date.

The rest of the payment will be either paid in advance or in cash on the day of activity.

On our website connected to our secure booking software, you have the opportunity to book your activity online (If no availability online, please contact us by phone or email).

Once you have chosen your activity, choose your course and then click on the date and time you want to organize the trip of your choice.
Let us guide you through the secure payment process by completing the required fields and then click on “Complete the order”.
You will receive your booking confirmation and payment directly by email.

Following your payment, we are always available by email or phone for any questions or changes.

We are reachable on +41 27 475 35 10, every day from 9 am to 6 pm for all special bookings (camps, companies, large groups).
